Cambrian United are delighted to welcome Ashley Evans, Jarrad Wright, and Kieron Lewis to the club ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
These three experienced players bring with them a wealth of Cymru Premier and Welsh domestic football pedigree, and their arrival marks another strong step forward in the club’s continued ambition both on and off the pitch.
Ashley Evans
A versatile and dependable presence in midfield, Ashley joins us with a strong résumé that includes spells at Pontypridd United, Penybont, Merthyr Town, Llanelli, and Newport County. With experience across various tiers of Welsh and English football, Ashley’s leadership and football intelligence will be invaluable in the heart of the pitch.
Jarrad Wright
Jarrad is a no-nonsense central defender with bags of experience, having previously turned out for Pontypridd United, Merthyr Town, and AFC Porth. Known for his aerial presence and strong tackling, Jarrad adds steel and composure to our defensive unit and brings valuable experience to our younger squad members.
Kieron Lewis
One of the most technically gifted attacking players in the domestic game, Kieron signs for Cambrian having previously played for Pontypridd United, Haverfordwest County, and Merthyr Town. His flair, vision, and ability to unlock defences will be a huge asset in the final third as we look to sharpen our attacking play.
